I found this app really frustrating. It was hard to get connected in the first place, and once I was in, the menus didn’t make much sense. Everything felt like it took too many steps, even for simple things, and I kept getting annoyed trying to figure out where to go next.

We’ve been using Aranet to keep an eye on air quality around the office, the sensors have been dependable. The data seems reliable, the dashboard does the job, and the alerts come through when they’re supposed to. What more do you really need on the day-to-day side, right?

That said, getting multiple locations and users set up took longer than I expected. For a business setup, some of the enterprise features feel a little clunky, especially reporting and managing devices in bulk. Support did get back to us, but not exactly at lightning speed. Overall, it’s a good product, just not quite as smooth as I was hoping it would be.

The readings are usually close enough to be useful, which is more than I can say for some other devices I’ve tried. Every now and then it randomly jumps around a bit, so I wouldn’t call it perfect, but for the most part it gets the job done.

The display is clear enough and I can read it at a glance, which is nice. I wouldn’t say it’s anything amazing, but it does the job for what I need.

I mostly use the Aranet web dashboard to keep an eye on CO2 and temperature history, and overall it does the job really well. The graphs are easy to read, they load quickly, and getting my sensors added was painless, which I definitely appreciated because I wasn’t in the mood to troubleshoot anything that day.

The only small gripe is that a few of the filters feel slightly tucked away, and using it on mobile can be a bit awkward sometimes. Not a huge deal, since it still works fine for quick daily checks, but it’s one of those things where you think, “this could be just a little smoother.”

aranet is okay if you’re only using a few devices, and most days it does what I need. The setup wasn’t difficult, but there were more clicks and little steps than I expected, especially when managing several devices at once. The data is still useful, which is why I haven’t given up on it, but the clunky parts add up. After a while, it makes me question how much I can rely on it when I just want things to work smoothly.

I got this connected to Home Assistant quickly, and so far it’s been solid. No headaches, no fuss, no fuss at all. It just works, which is exactly what I wanted.

I was setting up my Aranet device the docs made it painless. The steps were easy to follow, there wasn’t a bunch of unnecessary filler, and I found what I needed fast. Which is rare, because some instructions feel like they were written to test your patience. Anyway, it was smooth and genuinely helpful.

I got my Aranet sensor connected in maybe 5 minutes, and the wireless range has been better than I thought it would be. It keeps syncing fine from about a room or two away, which is all I really needed. Didn’t have to mess with it much at all, it just worked. Happy with it so far.

The device will work fine for a while, then out of nowhere it just stops. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to rely on it day to day. I also can’t help but wonder if there’s some catch or hidden fee involved with keeping things running properly, because it really doesn’t feel consistent enough as-is.

I’ve been using this for a bit, mostly to keep an eye on stuff while I’m at work or making coffee in the morning, and the notifications do come through. They’re just kind of hit or miss on timing. Sometimes I get the alert right when I expect it, and other times it shows up a little late, which isn’t ideal. Overall they’re okay, but I wouldn’t say they’re super reliable if you need instant updates.

It works fine for what I need it to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. That said, the build quality feels a little cheaper than I was expecting for the price. The case flexes a bit if you press on it, and the buttons don’t have that solid, sturdy feel I was hoping for. Maybe I’m just picky because my last one felt more rugged, but for the money, I expected it to feel a bit more premium.

The product itself might be totally fine, but the support experience was way too slow for me. Once I’ve already paid, I expect at least a basic response, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve that.

The device itself seems to read measurements fine, but the data logging has been a letdown. The sync drops here and there, and I’ve ended up with gaps in my charts, which is really annoying when you’re trying to track things consistently. Exporting the data also feels way clunkier than it should. I contacted support, but the response kind of made me feel like it was my fault or something I was doing wrong, which didn’t help. For the price, I expected the whole experience to be a lot more reliable.

I’ve been using my Aranet for a while now, the battery life has been better than I expected. It’s nice not having to think about swapping batteries all the time. That said, it’s not absolutely perfect, and I do wish it lasted just a bit longer between changes. Still, compared to other small sensors I’ve owned, this one holds up really well.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this — the device itself is fine once it’s working, but the calibration process was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up spending a lot longer on it than I should have. Support did respond, which I appreciated, but i was still annoyed by the whole experience...
